You can think of boards as a container for all the information for an individual job seeker's search. From a job seeker's perspective, we think of a board as a specific job search 'project' in a job seeker's career. Each job seeker in your organization will receive a personal job search board that lives under your organization.

Each board has a list of stages, through which a job seeker can drag opportunities. Besides containing all of the job seeker's saved Jobs, a board also contains all of a job seeker's logged Activities and Contacts. They also get a map view and metrics view of their opportunities and activities.
