While Huntr provides you the option of logging all kinds of Activities, there are Activities of certain types (see Activity Categories) that signal key milestones in a job seeker's journey. Out of the box, Huntr considers the following activity categories as Key Activities:
- 📄 Apply
- 📞 Phone Screen
- 📱Phone Interview
- 🏢 On Site Interview
- 🏆 Offer Received
- 👍 Accept Offer
If you've created Custom Activity Categories that you think are key, or want to completely modify which activity categories are key in your organization, follow the steps below.
How do I modify my organization's key activity categories?
- From within your advisor portal, go to the settings page
- Scroll down until you get to the Activity Categories table
- Here you will see all Huntr default and your own custom activity categories
- To flag an activity category as key just click on the checkbox under the Is Key Activity column for the activity category.
- If you want to remove an activity category from the list of key categories, then just toggle the checkbox off.
How does selecting key activity categories affect the advisor portal?
There are three charts that make use of key activity categories, you can find all of them in the Dashboard view (⚠️ DEPRECATED). The charts that only display data for key activity categories are:
