A big part of a coach’s job involves making sure that the documents that your job seeker is using are up to par. With Huntr, your job seekers can upload all of their job search docs (resumes, cover letters, portfolios, offer letters and more), link them to individual jobs and share them with you, the coach.

To view all the documents that a job seeker has uploaded onto Huntr, you can go to their profile in your Advisor Portal. You can access a job seeker profile by clicking on their name on the Job Seekers view, or searching for their name in the search box at the top of the Advisor Portal page. Once there, you will see a Documents tab, click it and you’ll see all the documents for that job seeker.
Anywhere within your admin dashboard where you see a document’s title, you’ll be able to click that title to view and edit the document. Here’s what the document view looks like:

Besides being able to see a general view of all a job seeker’s documents, you can also jump into the Documents tab within the job modal for any of the opportunities your job seekers have added into Huntr. There you will see all the documents that the job seeker has linked to that opportunity. Encourage your job seekers to link resumes, cover letters and offer letters to the corresponding job opportunities they used them with.
