If you're a coach within an organization, you care deeply about the details of a job seeker's performance. Maybe you have a one-on-one meeting, or just want to catch up on how they're doing. Either way, Huntr can provide you great visibility into and individual job seeker's performance. Here's the two ways we suggest you do this.

Viewing their applications, interviews and offers

If you want to get a high level overview of the number of jobs, applications, interviews or offers your job seeker has logged, you can go to their profile in your Advisor Portal.

You can access a job seeker profile by clicking on their name on the Job Seekers view, or searching for their name in the search box at the top of the Advisor Portal page.

Viewing their full board metrics

If the information from the job seeker's profile is not enough, you can always jump into their Board Metrics view and dig even deeper into their job search stats. Here you'll find everything from number of jobs saved by day/week/month to number of activities logged by day/week/month.

To access a job seeker's board metrics as an advisor, go to their profile in your advisor portal, scroll down until you see the boards section, click on their board. Once you're in the job seeker's board, click the Metrics tab on the top.
