1 - Designate an implementation leader


The implementation leader is the person that will ensure that the launch and each following onboarding cycle works smoothly. This person should go through each of the steps below and ensure that all items are completed.

2 - Design and finalize job seeker goals


The biggest key to ensuring a successful launch is to use the Huntr platform not only as a tool to organize the search but also as a goal tracking tool. Most of the organizations we work with already define certain goals for their job seekers, like Apply to 5 jobs per week or Land 2 interviews per month. Huntr makes it easy to create these goals within the platform.
