The end goal for our organizational customers is to place all of their job seekers into great opportunities. Within the Huntr system you can track placements with Activities of type Accept Offer.
Our suggested board setup (see Designing Board Templates) contains an Offer Accepted stage. The existence of this stage, along with a workflow that creates an Offer Accepted activity when a job seeker drags an opportunity to that stage (see Designing Workflows), results in an activity being created each time one of your job seekers is placed in a job. All the job seeker needs to do is drag the opportunity to the Offer Accepted stage and Huntr takes care of the rest.

If you have setup your board templates and workflows as mentioned above, then as your job seekers move jobs to the Offer Accepted stage, you'll get access to a real time log of any Accept Offer (aka Placements) activities in the Activities view of your portal. Each line will contain the date the activity was logged along with the job and company it was for. As mentioned in Downloading Activity, Action, Employer and Job Seeker Data, you can then download all this data to a csv.
